- We discussed whether the non-local documents are to be kept in the office
- We decided to keep the historical documents in the office
- Josh is able to keep his national documents in the office under the same rules that any members can keep personal things in the office

- There is a national chapter council that is more active and Antonio has to update them of our progress

- Trips: Kartchner caverns (would cost the most of the day trips), Titan (day trip), Grand Canyon (March 28-30), picnic with either ourselves on Mt Lemmon or a joint with other clubs (day trip), come up with ISDC money (over the summer)
- Fundraising ideas will be more solid next week
